Product Resolver processes recurring replacement-product requests, such as printer supplies, HVAC filters, refrigerator water filters, shipping label supplies, business consumables, and automotive consumables, and returns compatible product families, confidence notes, and buying options.
Product Resolver records privacy-light telemetry: result codes, product category, fit identifiers, SKU, merchant, mode, affiliate network, and sanitized unresolved intent excerpts. Sanitization replaces URLs, email addresses, phone numbers, and long number-like tokens.
The MVP does not intentionally store IP addresses, cookies, payment data, account identity, private user identifiers, or full private prompts. Hosted runtime logs may still be produced by the hosting provider.
Paid affiliate-supported mode may return disclosed affiliate links after network credentials and merchant approvals are configured. Paid neutral mode is designed to avoid affiliate-supported links.
In the current beta, telemetry may use configured persistent storage or runtime memory depending on the deployment environment. Affiliate network credentials are configured only after network approval.
